Special Meeting Environmental Citizens Committee April 14, 2025 A Special Meeting of the Environmental Citizens Committee was held on Monday, April 14, 2025, at 6:00 PM in the Municipal Building Breckenridge Room at 260 W. 13 Mile Road, Madison Heights, MI 48071 CALL TO ORDER Chairman Salley called the meeting to order at 6 p.m. and due to lack of quorum the special meeting was adjourned at 6 p.m. REPORTS City Manager Melissa Marsh and Department of Public Services Director Sean Ballantine reviewed the Refuse Service Contract bid results and the “Let’s Talk Trash” PowerPoint presentation.
