MADISON ALLIANCE ADDRESSING SUBSTANCE ABUSE CORPUS CHRISTI ROOM AGENDA--Tuesday, June 13, 2017 This is an open public meeting. 1. Introductions and Attendance 2. Budget Report - Balance of all categories were given. - Handouts and quarterly reports for Q4 were distributed Old Business/ In Process 3. During joint meeting talked about our ability to be able to collect donations - Lindsay gave presentation on all programs that happened over the past year, highlighting body love, every fifteen minutes, parent’s night. New Business Discussed bylaws and what the process should be. Decided to send them out to make changes and at the next meeting have them solidified. 4. Took vote of Funding Requests for programs - 5 items were approved to move forward on. Please refer to roll call sheets & Agenda. - 4 members voted in person, ( Terry Ziegler, John Hoover, Lisa Sprague, Trica Armstrong 3 by proxy Frank Iannarone , Vanessa Morenthaler, & Vincent Galgano. 5. Upcoming year discussion - Introduced the idea of having to plan for reapplying for GCADA funding. Need help with Strategic planning. 5.
