AGENDA FOR BOROUGH OF MADISON MAASA COMMITTEE DATE: April 9, 2019 TIME CONVENED: _________________ This April 9, 2019 regular meeting of the Madison Alliance Addressing Substance Abuse is called to order. Public Notice of this meeting in compliance with the Open Public Meetings Act was given by public notice appearing in The Madison Eagle and posted on the public Madison Borough Website. Informal discussion by the Alliance Committee will precede each item on the Agenda. Any Committee Member wishing to comment for the record may do so after the item has been properly moved and seconded. No new business may be brought forward by Alliance Committee members after 1:30 pm. This meeting will adjourn no later than 2:00 pm. This meeting may include any other business that may be brought to the attention of the MAASA Committee. Public comments on matters of substance prevention or any item on the Agenda shall be called by the chair prior. The public comment period shall be limited to a half hour. Individual comment will be limited to five minutes per person. Citizens who desire to address the alliance committee with more detailed comment are asked to do so in writing, one week in advance to allow the committee to become familiar with the subject. The public shall not be recognized at other times than those called for herein.
