PLANNING DISCUSION –
The Master Plan Subcommittee was reconfigured with the addition of Mr. Johnson taking Mrs.
Mullins position on the subcommittee. Dr. Blickstein presented the committee with two dates for
their next meetings. The dates of January 20, 2015 and February 17, 2015, at 7:15pm, at the
Hartley Dodge Memorial Building (room to be determined) were agreed upon for the first two
meetings.
Since the Planning Board has no new business for the regular meetings of January 20, 2015 and
February 3, 2015 these meetings were cancelled.
The 2014 Annual Report of the Zoning Board of Adjustment was distributed to all Board
members this evening. It was determined that this item would be placed on the March 3, 2015
Planning Board agenda and an invitation would be extended to the Zoning Board Chairman to
attend this meeting for discussion.
Mr. Forte, Historic Preservation Representative communicated to the Board, that the home across
the street from the Madison High School on Ridgedale Avenue with the man made pond in front
is being sold and the Developer is seeking a three lot subdivision.
CORRESPONDENCE – None
Since there was no further business to come before the Board, Mr. Tombalakian made a motion to
adjourn the regular meeting at 8:10 P.M.; seconded by Mayor Conley. A voice vote of “aye” was
heard by all members present and carried.
Respectfully submitted,
