The Board read the minutes of the Board meeting held July 19, 2021. Motion by Mrs. Carrington to approve the Minutes, seconded by Mrs. Magny. With three votes in the affirmative. 2. Housing Appeal – 79 Summit St update. – No one appeared to provide an update. 3. Mr. Webb informed the Board the current infectious rate of COVID -19 in the city is 2.99%, and that Cambridge Health Alliance will be conducting the second set vaccination clinics in the schools. Planning is ongoing and dates will be released by the next meeting. Mr. Webb asked if the Board thought any additional protective measures, such as, masking in retail establishments or mandatory vaccinations. Dr. Singh said he didn’t think any additional measures were needed yet and that Mr. Webb should monitor the positivity rate for any increase. 4. Old/New Business – None.
