NEW BUSINESS A) Creation of Industrial Development District Motion: Mahony Second: Dresch To approve Resolution 26-0720R, establishing the Industrial Development District to be known as CITY OF MANCHESTER INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NO. 2026-01. Ayes: Dresch, Harvey, LaRocque, Mahony & Vailliencourt Nays: None Absent: Chartrand, Woods Motion Carried B) Private Water Main Agreement with Damian’s Craft Meats Motion: Dresch Second: Woods To approve agreement with Damian’s Craft Meats for the Maintenance and Repair of the Private Water Main that will be located on Damian’s Craft Meats property. DPW/Manager – Manager Sessions provided an update regarding the current projects; 72 hour well draw down test, the Ockrow Street repair, and the Hydrant & Valve project.
