PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE The City of Manchester Board of Aldermen shall hold a public hearing on Monday, April 17, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. at the Manchester Police Facility, 200 Highlands Boulevard Drive, to consider the following: CASE #17-TXT-001 – Zoning Text Amendments – Section 405.240, 405.250 and 405.260 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Manchester relating to massage therapists. CASE #17-TXT-002 – Zoning Text Amendments – Sections 405.060 and 405.170 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Manchester by adding thereto new sections relating to the regulation of residential dwelling rentals.
