CITY OF MANCHESTER BOARD OF ALDERMEN BUDGET WORK SESSION MINUTES October 27, 2020 A meeting of the Board of Aldermen of the City of Manchester, Missouri was held at 7:00 p.m. on the 27th day of October 2020. Call to Order Mayor Clement called the Work Session to order at 7:00 p.m. Roll Call and Statement of Quorum Roll call showed those present were Alderman Huether, Alderman Nolte, Alderman Hamill, Alderman Ottenad, Alderman Baumann, Alderman Toben, and Mayor Clement. A quorum of the Board of Aldermen was present. Alderman Ottenad made a motion to amend the agenda to add a discussion about the acquisition proposal of the property at 14317 Manchester Road. Alderman Baumann seconded the motion. The motion carried unanimously by voice vote. 14317 Manchester Road Mayor Clement and members of the Board discussed the acquisition proposal for the property located at 14317 Manchester Road. Consideration of Fiscal Year 2021 Budget Mayor Clement and members of the Board reviewed and discussed the proposed FY2021 budget. Directors from each department reported on their respective budget proposal and fielded questions from the Mayor and Board. Adjournment There being no further discussion, Alderman Hamill made a motion to adjourn the meeting. Alderman Ottenad seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously by voice vote.
