CERTIFICATION OF MEETING NOTICE AND AGENDA POSTING City Clerk, Liza Tamura confirmed that the meeting was properly posted. E. PUBLIC COMMENTS Mayor Burton opened the floor for public comment. Seeing none, Mayor Burton closed the floor for public comment. F.
