A. ULI PRESENTATION
On January 16, 2015 the Urban Land Institute (ULI) Panel members comprised of
the following land use experts provided a presentation which included an overview of
the five-day Advisory Services Program and presented an oral report which
highlighted various implementation strategies for the Downtown area. Community
Development Director Marisa Lundstedt introduced principal Richard Perlmutter of
Argo Development Company.
