Page 1 of I MINUTES OF BOARD OF REVIEW- CITY OF MANISTEE MEETING HELD AT CITY HALL, 70 MAPLE ST., MANISTEE MI MARCH 10, 2014 9: 00 A.M. The Board of Review was called to order at 9: 00 a.m. on March 10, 2014. Chairperson Therran Ferguson, Members Lynda Beaton and Ed Kriskywicz were present. Julie Beardslee, City Assessor and Secretary of the Board of Review, was present for the appeal session. The Board heard appeals from 9: 00 a.m. to noon and 1: 00 p.m. to 4:00 p. m. The Board reviewed letters and determined petitions. The Assessor presented the 2014 Residential Economic Condition Factor map and color code. There was discussion regarding Michael Cnudde' s appeals, scheduled for 3: 30 p.m. on March 11, 2014. The Secretary has asked Erin Pontiac to attend the Board ofReview to hear Mr. Cnudde' s appeals. Erin Pontiac and Ed Kriskywicz will hear Mr. Cnudde' s appeals, 1 being a quorum of the Board of Review. Therran Ferguson and Lynda Beaton will recuse themselves from hearing, discussing or deciding Mr. Cnudde' s appeals, in that he is the broker for Coldwell Banker ALM Realty, where Therran Ferguson and Lynda Beaton are employed as real estate agents. Copies of Petitions with any data submitted with the appeal, can be found in each parcel record file.
