VfThr , l1 F Page 1 of I MINUTES OF BOARD OF REVIEW- CITY OF MANISTEE MEETING HELD AT CITY HALL, 70 MAPLE ST., MANISTEE MI MARCH 11, 2014 2: 00 P.M. The Board of Review was called to order at 2: 00 p.m. on March 11, 2014. Chairperson Therran Ferguson, Members Lynda Beaton and Ed Kriskywicz were present. Julie Beardslee, City Assessor and Secretary ofthe Board ofReview, was present for the appeal session. The Board heard appeals until 5: 00 p.m. The Board continued in session from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. Erin Pontiac entered the meeting at 3: 00 p.m. in preparation to hear Mr. Cnudde' s appeals scheduled for 3: 30 p.m. Therran Ferguson and Lynda Beaton left the hearing room and Erin Pontiac and Ed Kriskywicz heard Mr. Cnudde' s appeals, being a quorum of the Board of Review, at 3: 35 p.m. Therran Ferguson and Lynda Beaton recused themselves from hearing, discussing or deciding Mr. Cnudde' s appeals, in that he is the broker for Coidwell Banker ALM Realty, where Therran Ferguson and Lynda Beaton are employed as real estate agents Erin Pontiac left the meeting at 4:45 p.m., after hearing and deciding the appeals with Ed Kriskywicz. The results ofthe appeals will be found in the Board ofReview Summary and the Petitions will be found in Mr. Cnudde' s property record file, with any supporting data submitted to the Board. The Board established a special meeting of the Board of Review for a decision making session, no further appeals will be heard, at 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday March 12, 2014. The meeting will be posted on the two bulletin boards inside and two locations outside of City Hall, as a special meeting, with an 18 hour notice. The Board reviewed letters and determined petitions. Please see the Board of Review Summary for petitions decided this day. The meeting adjourned at 9:00 p. m., with a motion by Lynda Beaton and seconded by Therran Ferguson.
