MEMBERS PRESENT: Alan Marshall, Ilona Haydon, Colleen Kenny, Bob Hornkohl, Hank Yonkman, Richard Mack MEMBERS ABSENT: None OTHERS PRESENT: Department Directors, Public and Media Discussion on Refuse. Tim Ervin ofthe AES Office facilitated continued discussion on managing refuse in the City. Discussed various different scenarios with Council, looking for a direction to move forward. Discussion resulted in Council wanting to draft an RFP to see several alternatives for Council to review and ultimately make a decision prior to contract expiring.
