MANISTEE CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION MINUTES OF FEBRUARY 23, 2010 The Manistee City Council met in a work session on Tuesday, February 23, 2010 at 7: 00 p. m., Council Chambers, City Hall. MEMBERS PRESENT: Alan Marshall, Ilona Haydon, Colleen Kenny, Richard Mack, Bob Hornkohl MEMBERS ABSENT: Hank Yonkman, Second District Council Seat OTHERS PRESENT: Department Directors, Public and Media Discussion on Strategic Plan Update. Tim Ervin of the Alliance for Economic Success presented the draft Strategic Plan Update. Goal for tonight is to focus on strategic goals,what steps have been taken and how to finish strategic goal process. Goal for completing the Strategic Plan is in March 2010. Staff will then review and action taken by Council. Reviewed all six goals of the Strategic plan. Several changes were made by City Council.
