MANISTEE CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION MINUTES OF FEBRUARY 16, 2010 The Manistee City Council met in a work session on Tuesday, February 16, 2010 immediately following the regular meeting at 8:00 p. m.,Council Chambers, City Hall. MEMBERS PRESENT: Alan Marshall, Ilona Haydon, Colleen Kenny, Hank Yonkman, Richard Mack MEMBERS ABSENT: Bob Hornkohl, Second District Council Seat OTHERS PRESENT: Department Directors, Public and Media Discussion on Strategic Plan Update. Tim Ervin of the Alliance for Economic Success reviewed input received at the Community Forum conducted on Thursday, February 11,2010 at the Ramsdell Balkoom. Based upon conversation and discussion from Council, AES will present the draft Strategic Plan Update at the February 23, 2010 special work session.
