MANISTEE CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION MINUTES OF FEBRUARY 9,2010 The Manistee City Council met in a work session on Tuesday, February 9, 2010 at 7:00 p. m., Council Chambers, City Hall. MEMBERS PRESENT: Alan Marshall, Ilona Haydon, Colleen Kenny, Hank Yonkman, Richard Mack MEMBERS ABSENT: Bob Hornkohl, Second District Council Seat OTHERS PRESENT: Department Directors, Public and Media Presentation of Ramsdell HVAC Study. Finance Director Ed Bradford and Consultants from Fishbeck, Thompson, Carr & Huber reviewed a study of the Ramsdell HVAC system prepared last October and discussed available options. Staff will research cost parameters and potential grant funding opportunities. Other. City Manager Mitch Deisch distributed draft refuse / recycling RFP to Council for their review and comments. Manager Deisch also informed Council that three citizens have for applied the Second District Seat: Ed Cote, Jo Hall and Kathy Fenstermacher.
