C~ EP MANISTEE CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION MINUTES OF MAY 11, 2010 The Manistee City Council met in a work session on Tuesday, May 11, 2010 at 5: 00 m.,Council p. Chambers, City Hall. MEMBERS PRESENT: Ilona Haydon,Richard Mack,Colleen Kenny,Hank Yonkman,Alan Marshall MEMBERS ABSENT: Bob Hornkohl, Second District Council Seat OTHERS PRESENT: Department Directors, Public and Media Discussion on 2010-2011 Fiscal Year Budget and 2011-20I5 Capital Improvement Plan. Numerous questions were asked by Council and answered by the City Manager and Finance Director. Specific questions surrounding the assessing department were asked and addressed by the City Assessor. No additional changes were made to the proposed draft budget. The Council cancelled the work sessions previously scheduled for May 12 and 13, 2010.
