Crew Leader □ Others Present: • None Public Comment on Agenda Related Items: • None Work Session Purpose: The work session was called to receive the draft of the 2019 Operating Budget for the Public Housing Program. Presentation and Discussion: Clinton McKinven-Copus, Executive Director presented the draft proposal of the 2019 Operating Budget for the Public Housing Program, highlighti ng several line items and providing rationale fo r the budgeted amounts. Members of the Board of Comm issioners participated in a discussion with Mr. McKinven-Copus and other CMHC staff members present concerning the proposed budget. The budget w ill be before the Commissioners for adoption at the December 11, 2018 meeting.
