No members of the general public were present on the Zoom call. The date, time, and information of the public hearing had been announced to the general public and residents of the City of Manistee Housing Commission . Executive Director, Clinton McKinven-Copus informed the Commissioners that no written comments on the 5-year Plan had been received.
