G. at 6: m. in the Council Chambers at 00 p. City Ha11, 70 Maple Street, Manistee, Michigan. MEMBERS PRESENT: K.Lewis, J. Mencarelli, M.Tillotson, M. Carlson, L. Sprague. MEMBERS ABSENT: J. Ba11 OTHERS PRESENT: T. Collins, S. Mencarelli, A. Mencarelli There was a mation by Mencarelli, seconded by Lewis to accept the minutes of the previous meeting, with corrections. Motion passed 5- 0 an audio limiter, and a There was a motion by Mencarelli, seconded by Lewis to purchase two VCR's, digital camera with accessories. Tota1 expenses are not to exceed the constraints of the budget. Motion passed 4- 1 Mencarelli reported that the cost to repair the video camera currently out of service is projected at about 250.00 Action on operating forms and procedures was tabled until the next meeting to give commissioners time to research this issue. Mencarelli reported that video production classes are being moved from the middle school to the high school level. Mr. Mencarelli will be the instructor. He also reported that CD's of non-copyrighted music have been purchased for use on channel2 by the Manistee Family Advocates, the Manistee Middle School, and the Mencarelli family. This will allow enhancement of programming and scroll time. The date of the next meeting was set as Apri124, 2002. Susan Mencarelli addressed the commission on behalf of the Manistee Family Advocates. Tex Collins spoke about tapes of City Council meetings. The meeting was adjourned at approximately 7: 17 PM.
