MEMBERS PRE5ENT: J. Mencarelli, K. Lewis, J. Ball, M. Carlson, M.Tillotson MEMBERS ABSENT: Lee Sprague OTHERS PRESENT: S. Scrimger, M.Matthews There was a motion by Ba11, seconded by Carlson to accept the minutes of the June 26,2002 meeting. Motion was passed 5- 0. Scrimger presented mugs from the City as a thank you for PEG's service. There was some discussion about the school becoming more involved with PEG. There was discussion on the sound problem that has been occumng. Carlson will work with Charter and report back at the next meeting. pes. Mencarelli and Lewis will work on There was discussion on public showing of the "Alaska"ta. viewing those tapes and report back at the next meeting There was discussion on changes about quorum, no changes were made. Mencazelli reported on the new equipment that was recently purchase. The date for the next meeting was set for January 22, 2003. The meeting was adjourned at approxi.mately 7: 45 p. m.
