MANISTEE AREA PEG COMMISSION MEETING MINUTES December 17,2003 A regularly scheduledmeeting of the Manistee Area PEG Commission was held on December 17, 2003 at 6: 45 p.m. in room 113 of the Manistee High School, 525 Twelfth Street, Manistee, Michigan. MEMBERS PRESENT: J. Mencarelli, M. Tillotson, K.Fenstermacher N. Leslie MEMBERS ABSENT: J. Ba11, M. Carlson, L.Trucks OTHERS PRESENT: S. Scrimger, K. Brown There was a motion by Leslie, seconded by Fenstermacher to accept the minutes of the November 19, 2003 meeting. Motion was passed 4- 0. Executive Director Brown presented his report of activities. Discussion of bylaws was tabled until the next meeting. A draft budget was presented by the Executive Director. No action was taken at this time. There will be a committee meeting to discuss fund raising possibilities January 6, 2004 @ Goody's Juice & Java at 7:00 am There was a motion by Fenstermacher, seconded by Leslie to approve payment of $ 84 1, 253. to the Executive Director for services from 03 11/ 2 4/through 03 12/ 2 0/ and reimbursements. Motion passed 4- 0 There was a motion by Fenstexmacher, seconded by Tillotson to direct K.Brown to print 100 brochures in color as presented. Morion passed 4- 0 There was a motion by Tillotson, seconded by Fenstermacher to a11ow Executive Director 350 and one SVHS VCR at a price not to purchase one DVD burner at a price not to exceed $ to exceed $ 300. Motion passed 4- 0 It was agreed to hold the next meeting in room 113 of the Manistee High School on Twelfth Street. The date for the next meeting was set for January 21, 2004. The meeting was adjourned at approximately 7: 45 p. m..
