MANISTEE AREA PEG COMMISSION MEETING MINUTES August 18,2004 A regular scheduled meeting of the Manistee Area PEG Commission was held on Wednesday, August 18, 2004 at 6:38 p.m. in the library conference room at Manistee High School, 525 Twelfth Street, Manistee, Michigan. MEMBERS PRESENT: J. Mencazelli, J. Ball, L.Trucks, M.Tillotson, N. Leslie MEMBERS ABSENT: K.Fenstermacher, I.Hayden OTHERS PRESENT: S. Scrimger, K.Brown, M.Weigold There was a motion by Trucks, seconded by Leslie to accept the agenda as printed. Motion passed 5- 0 There was a motion by Trucks, seconded by Ball to accept the minutes of the Ju1y 21, 2004 meeting. Motion passed 5-0 Executive Director Brown presented his report of activities. 800 to the Executive Director There was a motion by Trucks, seconded by Ba11 to approve payment of $ for services from 7- 04 12-through 8-04. 8- Motion passed 5- 0 cks, seconded by Leslie to direct K. Motion passed 5- 0 It was agreed to hold the next meeting in the administrative conference room at Manistee High School on Twelfth Street. The date for the next meeting was set for September 15, 2004. There was a motion by Leslie, seconded by Tillotson to adjourn. The meeting was adjoumed at approximately 7:08 p. m..
