MANISTEE AREA PEG COMMISSIQN MEETiNG MINUTES March 10,2005 A regular scheduled meeting of the Manistee Area PEG Commission was held on Thursday, March 10, 2005 at 6:30 p.m. in room at the Manistee High School, Room 113, 525 Twelfth Street, Manistee, Michigan. MEMBERS PRESENT: M.Tillotson,D_ Freebiarg, D.Wrzesinski, K.Alexander MEMBERS ABSENT: L.Trucks, D. Kruse OTHERS PRESENTs S. Scrimger, K. Brown There was a motion by Alexander, seconded by Tillotson to accept the agenda as printed. Motion passed 4- 0 There was a motion by Alexander, seconded by Tillotson to accept the minutes of the February 16, 2005 meeting. Motion passed 4-0 New members Dan Freeburg and Dan Wrzesinski were introduced to the commission. There was a motion by Alexander, secanded by Wrzesinski to table election of officers until the next meeting. Motion passed 4- 0 There was a motion by Freeburg, seconded by Alexander to approve the Executive Directors invpice.
