MANISTEE AREA PEG COMMISSION MEETING MINUTES February16,2005 A regular scheduled meeting af the Manistee Area PEG Commission was held on Wednesday, February 16. 2005 at 6:30 p.m. in the conference room at Manistee High School, 525 Twelfth Street, Manistee, Michigan. MEMBERS PRESENT: M.Tillotson,y. . I.. en,L.Trucks, K. Alexander Ha. d MEMBERS ABSENT: OTHERS PRESENT: S. Scrimger.,K.Brown, C. Westberg There was a motion by Tillotson, seconded by Alexander to accept the agenda as printed. Motion passed 4- 0 T' here was a motion byTillotson, seconded by Hayden to accept the minutes of the December 15, 2004 meeting. Motion passed 4- 0 New member Kim Alexander was introduced to the commission. There was a motion-by Hayden, seconded .by Alexander to table election of officers until new mqmbers are seated. Motion passed 4- 0 There was a motion by Tillotson,. seconded by Hayden to move meetings to the second Thursday of every month beginning March 10, 2005. Motion passed 4- 0 There was a motion by- Tillotson, seconded by Alexander tochange 10.3 in the Rules & Procedures to read "The phone number of a business mav be placed in the recognition for sponsorship". Motion passed 4-0 There was a rrtotiori-by Hayden, seconded by Alexander to adjourn. The meeting was adjourned at approximately 7:45 p. m. The next meeting will be held March 10, 2005 at Manistee High School, administrative conference room.
