MANISTEE AREA PEG COMMISSION MEETING MINUTE5 December 15,20(14 A regular scheduled meeting of the Manistee Area PEG Commission was held on December 15,2004 at 6: 30 p.m.in the administrative conference room at Manistee High School, 525 Twelfth Street, Manistee, Michigan. MEMBERS PRESENT: J. Ball, L.Trucks, M.Tillotson, N. Leslie, MEMBERS ABSENT: J. Mencarelli, K.Fenstermacher, I.Hayden OTHERS PRESENT: S. Scrunger, K.Brown, K.Tillotson,. C. Westberg There was a motion by Leslie, seconded by Ba11 to accept the agenda as printed. Motion passed 4-0 There was a motion by Ball,seconded by Leslie to accept the minutes of the October 28,2004 meeting. Motion passed 4-0 Executive Director Brown presented his report of activities. There was a motion by Leslie, seconded by Tillotson to approve proposed budget and authorize Keith Brown o present them to municipalities served by PEG. Motion passed 4-0 There was a motion by Trucks, seconded by Leslie to rescind the action censuring Mr.Tillotson with anapology to W.Tillotson Motion passed 4- 0 There was a motion to authorize payment of invoice for payment of invoice from K.Brown. Motion passed 4-0 Motion to authorize payment of invoice for $ 226.80 for equipment.. Motion passed 4-0 There was a motion by Leslie, seconded by Ba11 to ask J. Mencarelli to reconsider his resignation. Motion passed 3- 1 It was agreed to hold the next meeting in the administrative conference room at Manistee High School on Twelfth Street. The date for the next meeting was set for January 19, 2004. There was a motion by Trucks, seconded by Leslie to adjourn. The meeting was adjourned at approacimately 8:40 p. m..
