MANISTEE AREA PEG COMMISSION MEETING MINUTES March 12,2007 A regularly scheduled meeting of the Manistee Area PEG Commission was held on March 12,2007 at 6: m. in room the conference room of the Manistee High School, 525 Twelfth Street, Manistee, 30 p. Michigan. MEMBERS PRESENT: Kruse, Zaring, Ervin, Sandstedt, Trucks,Wrzesinski MEMBERS A. BSENT: Freeburg (excused) OTHERS PRESENT: K.Brown, S. Scrimger, Tim Ransberger Tim Ransberger visited and spoke about the new Michigan cable franchise law. There was a motion by Sandstedt, seconded by Kruse to approve the agenda as presented. Motion passed 6-0 There was a motion by Zaring, seconded by Kruse to approve the minutes of the January 8,2007 meeting. Motion was passed 6- 0. Mr.Brown gave the Executive Directors report for January and February. There was a motion by Kruse, seconded by Sandstedt to approve the Executive Directors report and invoices in the amount of 1, $ 18. 3 13. Motion passed 6- 0 There was a motion by Ervin, seconded by Wrzesinski to accept the business plan as amended. Motion passed 6-0 It was agreed to hold the next meeting on May 14,2007 at 6: m.in the administrative conference room 30 p. of the Manistee High School. There was a motion by Wrzesinski, seconded by Zaring to adjourn the meeting at approximately 8: 00 p. m.. Motion passed 6- 0
