There was a motion by Kruse, seconded by Zaring, to approve the agenda as presented.

There was a motion by Kruse,seconded by Zaring,to approve the minutes ofthe March 12,2006 meeting.

Mr. Brown reported on the ongoing activities at PEG Channels 2 and 98.
Keith reported that he had been dea.ling with monitor issues related to recent power failures at the high
school. Problems were solved/repaired. Keith also mentioned that Councilman Yonkman inquired about
the city council work sessions being broadcast on the streaming video site_Keith will follow up on this.
The 2007/2008 PEG budget was discussed. Compensation for Executive Director was also discussed.
Brown has been at the same rate of pay ($
10,400)since he started with PEG in 2003. The 2007/2008
budget allows for Brown's compensation to be raised to $
19,500 annually,based on 20 hours per week.
It was moved by Sandstedt, seconded by Zaring to approve the 2007/2008 budget as submitted. A roll ca11
vote followed.

Under new business, Glen Zaring mentioned that the Tribe is working on a video about the tribal fishing
operations based out of Manistee. He mentioned there may be other opportunities for the Tribe to provide
additional programming in the future.
No other new business was discussed.
