JAII 9M MANISTEE AREA PEG COMNIISSION MEETING MINUTES November 12,2007 A regularly scheduled meeting of the Manistee Area PEG Commission was held on November 12,2007 at 6: 30 p. m. in room the conference room of the Manistee High School, 525 Twelfth Street, Manistee, Michigan. MEMBERS PRESENT: Ervin,Freeburg, Kruse, Sandstedt, Trucks, Wrzesinski,Zaring MEMBERS ABSENT• OTHERS PRESENT: K.Brown, S. Scrimger There was a motion by Kruse, seconded by Sandstedt to approve the agenda as presented. Motion passed 6- 0 There was a motion by Zaring, seconded by Freeburg to approve the minutes of the September 10,2007 meeting. Motion was passed 6- 0. Mr. Brown gave the Executive Directors report for September and October. Thanks to Mark Sandstedt for his "Manistee County"video. The streaming website is working well. Dan Wrzesinski entered the meeting during report. Mark discussed the possibiity of asking WSCC fon cclp with preparing and conducting a survey of current PEG watchers to determine willingness to pay a 22 cent grant surcharge and the desire for other programming needs. He and Kathy will work on this. It was agreed to hold the next meeting on January 14,2008 at 6: m. in the administrative conference 30 p. room of the Manistee High School. There was a motion by Freeburg, seconded by Kruse to adjourn the meeting at approximately 7: 20 p. m.. Motion passed 7-0
