MANISTEE AREA PEG COMMISSION NI~Y 828 MEETING MINUTES March 10,2008 A regularly scheduled meeting of the Manistee Area PEG Commission was held on March 10, 2008 at 6: m. in room the conference room of the Manistee High School, 525 Twelfth Street, Manistee, 30 p. Michigan. MEMBERS PRESENT: Kruse, Sandstedt, Trucks, Wrzesinski MEMBERS ABSENT: D.Freeburg (excused),G. Zaring (excused), K.Ervin OTHERS PRESENT: K.Brown, S. Scrimger T'here was a motion by Sandstedt, seconded by Kruse to approve the agenda as presented. Motion passed 4- 0 There was a motion by Kruse, seconded by Wrzesinski to approve the minutes of the January 14, 2008 meeting. _ Motion was passed 4- 0. Mr.Brown gave the Executive Directors report for January and February. Under unfinished business (a), Mazk has spoken with WSCC. A group has been formed to hande our proj ect. With help from the city assessor and the county planner, a list of names has been developed_The list of questions is ready and our team is setting up. The data.base tool is being developed. It was agreed to hold the next meeting on May 12,2008 at 6: m.in the administrative conferenEe room 30 p. of the Manistee High School. There was a motion by Kruse, seconded by Sandstedt to adjourn the meeting at approximately 7: 15 p. m.. Motion passed 4- 0
