BrownalsomentionedthatheremovedPEG equipmentfromtheCityHallchambersandreturnedittothePEGstudio. VI. OLDBUSINESS A. ResultoftheCityCouncil “FeeSchedule” vote -Councildiscussionwasminimal; votewasunanimoustoapprovethePEGfeeschedule. Commissionersbriefly consideredchargingtheCityfortapingJuneandJulyCouncilmeetingsbutagreednotto dosoinrecognitionoftheservicesPEGreceivesfromthecity. Smithpointedoutthat, inthefuture,responsibilityformaintenanceoftheequipmentpurchasedforthe purposeoftapingmeetingswouldbethecity’s. SmithalsomovedthatPEGsenda lettertoEdBradfordandCityManagerThadTaylorindicatingthattherewouldbeno chargeforPEGservicesduringthetransition. Ervinseconded. Approved. Ervinwill drafttheletterandsendtoCommissionmembersforcomment. VII. NEWBUSINESS A.
