Manistee PEG Commission June 3, 2019 Meeting Minutes 1. Call to Order Meeting was called to order at 6:00 pm by Barry Lind Present: Lind, Mike Tillotson, Shelly Memberto, Tom Stege Absent: none Also Present: Heather Pefley 2. Oath of Office Pefley administered the Oath of Office to the Commissioners 3. Approval of Agenda Motion by Stege, support by Tillotson to approve agenda as presented. M/C 4. Welcome New Commission Member Stege was welcomed as a new member of the PEG commission representing Filer Township. 5. Approval of Minutes Motion by Tillotson, support by Memberto to approve the minutes of the April 1st meeting. M/C 6. Public Comment: None 7. Correspondence: None 8. Directors Report Lind reviewed recent activity in his report. 9. Old Business - Strategic Plan/Blueprint Report Waiting for report from the facilitator Right Side Design. 10. New Business: None 11.
