City of Manistee Parks Commission Minutes - May 19 , 2016 I - Call to order by Chair Ed Tegler at 5:45 pm II - Present - Ed Tegler, Jason Sullivan, Lynn Vasquez. Also present Roger Zielinski, Jim Smith, Mike Quin, Sarah Mason III - Members Excused Erin Pontiac. IV - Members Unexcused Jennifer Teller, Mark Tomaszewski V - Sharah Mason with Urban Wave informed Commission about plans for stand up paddle board rentals. City Council had already approved for rentals between the peir heads. Since Commission did not have a quorum to vote, it was decided by Ed Tegler, since Council approved topic that we would not hold up Urban Wave to proceed. Meeting was canceled at 6:30 pm lmv
