1. Call to Order
Present: 6- Nickels, Brey, Vanderkin, Koski, McDaniel and Alfred
Absent: 2- Reed-Kadow and Reckelberg
2. Bids for New Concrete Sidewalks on North 8th St., Project WS-21-16
Deputy City Clerk reported having received one (1) e-bid. Same was
opened and accepted online through Quest, and is as follows:
Vinton Construction Company, Bid Bond, $219,676.05
Moved by Brey, seconded by Vanderkin, to refer the bid to the Director of Public
Infrastructure for tabulation and recommendation. The motion carried by the
following vote:
Aye: 6- Nickels, Brey, Vanderkin, Koski, McDaniel and Alfred
3. Agreement with Hamann Construction Company for Lincoln Park Fieldhouse
Window Replacement and Tuck Pointing, AGMT-21-13, for a contract price of
$11,162.00
Moved by McDaniel, seconded by Koski, to enter into the agreement. The motion
carried by the following vote:
Aye: 6- Nickels, Brey, Vanderkin, Koski, McDaniel and Alfred
4. Change Orders
Deputy City Clerk submitted the following change order for approval.
Vinton Construction Company, CO #1 for N. 8th St. & Maritime Dr. -
Modifications to Green Space SE Corner, WO-21-12, +14 Days
Moved by McDaniel, seconded by Alfred, that the change order be approved. The
motion carried by the following vote:

5. Pay Estimates, Various Engineering/Public Works Projects
Deputy City Clerk submitted the following City Engineer's estimates for

Pursuant to Section 19.84(2) and (3) of the Wisconsin Statutes, notice is hereby
given to the public, to the Herald-Times-Reporter, the official newspaper of
Manitowoc, and to those news media who have filed a written request for this notice
that a meeting of the above-referenced will be held at the date, time and location
listed above.
Notice is hereby given that a majority of the Common Council of the City of
Manitowoc, or a standing committee of that body, may be present at this meeting to
gather information about the subject matter over which they have decision making
responsibility.
This meeting is being conducted both in Council Chambers at City Hall and via Zoom
to maximize opportunities for residents to attend. Members of the public may call to
