1. Call to Order
Present: 5- Nickels, Koski, Reed-Kadow, Alfred and Reckelberg
Absent: 3- Brey, Vanderkin and McDaniel
2. Emergency Resolution to Replace Chiller on HVAC System at Public Safety
Building
Director of Public Infrastructure Dan Koski explained the emergent need to
move on this budgeted replacement. Staff has obtained two quotes for the
replacement. Both quotes came in under the budgeted amount of
$125,000.00. The lower quote had a completion date 15 weeks out; the
other quote was roughly $6,000 higher but still under budget, and the work
could be completed right away.
Board expressed support of awarding replacement to higher quote (though
still under budget) to get the repair complete in a timely manner.
Moved by Koski, seconded by Reed-Kadow, that this resolution be adopted. The
motion carried by the following vote:
Aye: 5- Nickels, Koski, Reed-Kadow, Alfred and Reckelberg
3. Adjournment
Moved by Reckelberg, seconded by Koski, that this meeting be adjourned at 4:04

Pursuant to Section 19.84(2) and (3) of the Wisconsin Statutes, notice is hereby
given to the public, to the Herald-Times-Reporter, the official newspaper of
Manitowoc, and to those news media who have filed a written request for this notice
that a meeting of the above-referenced will be held at the date, time and location
listed above.
Notice is hereby given that a majority of the Common Council of the City of
Manitowoc, or a standing committee of that body, may be present at this meeting to
gather information about the subject matter over which they have decision making
responsibility.
This meeting is being conducted both in Council Chambers at City Hall and via Zoom
to maximize opportunities for residents to attend. Members of the public may call to
