1. Call to Order
Present: 8- Nickels, Brey, Vanderkin, Koski, McDaniel, Reed-Kadow, Alfred and Reckelberg
2. Change Orders
City Clerk submitted the following Change Orders for approval:
Seiler Brothers Construction Inc., CO #1 for 2021 Remove/Replace
Sidewalk Program, WS-21-3, +$3,763.91
Vinton Construction Co., CO #2 for 2021 N. 8th St. & Maritime Dr.
Intersection, WS-21-13, Contract Completion Date changed to 10/31/2021
Norcon Corporation, CO #2-Final for 2020 Broadway St. Bridge Deck
Repairs & Deck Sealing, WS-20-18, ($14,209.32)
Moved by Brey, seconded by Reckelberg, that the change orders be approved.
The motion carried by the following vote:

and payment.

Moved by McDaniel, seconded by Reckelberg, that the pay estimates be

City Clerk reported that there were none.

Pursuant to Section 19.84(2) and (3) of the Wisconsin Statutes, notice is hereby
given to the public, to the Herald-Times-Reporter, the official newspaper of
Manitowoc, and to those news media who have filed a written request for this notice
that a meeting of the above-referenced will be held at the date, time and location
listed above.
Notice is hereby given that a majority of the Common Council of the City of
Manitowoc, or a standing committee of that body, may be present at this meeting to
gather information about the subject matter over which they have decision making
responsibility.
This meeting is being conducted both in Council Chambers at City Hall and via Zoom
to maximize opportunities for residents to attend. Members of the public may call to
