Call to Order Present: 8- Nickels, Brey, Vanderkin, Koski, McDaniel, Reed-Kadow, Alfred and Reckelberg 2. Bids for 2021 Magnolia Avenue - Replacement of Failed Block Retaining Wall, Project WS-21-27 City Clerk reported having received one (1) e-bid. Same was opened and accepted online through Quest, and is as follows: Highway Landscapers, Inc., Bid Bond, $77,405.00 Moved by McDaniel, seconded by Reed-Kadow, to refer the bid to the Director of Public Infrastructure for tabulation and recommendation. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 8- Nickels, Brey, Vanderkin, Koski, McDaniel, Reed-Kadow, Alfred and Reckelberg 3. Bids for Underwater Repair of West Counterweight of S.S. Badger Car Ferry Ramp, Project WO-21-28 City Clerk reported having received two (2) e-bids. Same were opened and accepted online through Quest, and are as follows: Lunda Construction Co., Bid Bond, $52,693.00 McMullen & Pitz Construction Co., Bid Bond, $68,000.00 Moved by McDaniel, Seconded by Reckelberg, to refer the bid to the Director of Public Infrastructure for tabulation and recommendation. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 8- Nickels, Brey, Vanderkin, Koski, McDaniel, Reed-Kadow, Alfred and Reckelberg 4. Change Orders City Clerk submitted the following change orders for approval.
