1. Call to Order
Present: 8- Nickels, Brey, Vanderkin, Koski, McDaniel, Reed-Kadow, Alfred and Reckelberg
2. Bids for 2021 Magnolia Avenue - Replacement of Failed Block Retaining Wall,
Project WS-21-27
City Clerk reported having received one (1) e-bid. Same was opened and
accepted online through Quest, and is as follows:
Highway Landscapers, Inc., Bid Bond, $77,405.00
Moved by McDaniel, seconded by Reed-Kadow, to refer the bid to the Director of
Public Infrastructure for tabulation and recommendation. The motion carried by
the following vote:
Aye: 8- Nickels, Brey, Vanderkin, Koski, McDaniel, Reed-Kadow, Alfred and Reckelberg
3. Bids for Underwater Repair of West Counterweight of S.S. Badger Car Ferry
Ramp, Project WO-21-28
City Clerk reported having received two (2) e-bids. Same were opened
and accepted online through Quest, and are as follows:
Lunda Construction Co., Bid Bond, $52,693.00
McMullen & Pitz Construction Co., Bid Bond, $68,000.00
Moved by McDaniel, Seconded by Reckelberg, to refer the bid to the Director of
Public Infrastructure for tabulation and recommendation. The motion carried by
the following vote:

Pursuant to Section 19.84(2) and (3) of the Wisconsin Statutes, notice is hereby
given to the public, to the Herald-Times-Reporter, the official newspaper of
Manitowoc, and to those news media who have filed a written request for this notice
that a meeting of the above-referenced will be held at the date, time and location
listed above.
Notice is hereby given that a majority of the Common Council of the City of
Manitowoc, or a standing committee of that body, may be present at this meeting to
gather information about the subject matter over which they have decision making
responsibility.
This meeting is being conducted both in Council Chambers at City Hall and via Zoom
to maximize opportunities for residents to attend. Members of the public may call to
