1. Call to Order
Present: 6- Brey, Koski, McDaniel, Reed-Kadow, Alfred and Reckelberg
Absent: 2- Nickels and Vanderkin
2. Bids for DPW Shed Insulation and Heat Upgrade, Project WB-21-18
City Clerk reported no e-bids received. Director of Public Infrastructure
Dan Koski stated the project would be re-bid.
3. Change Orders
City Clerk submitted the following change orders for approval.
Vinton Construction Company, CO #3 for 2021 Asphalt Paving,
WS-21-4, +$5,364.00
Vinton Construction Company, CO #5 for 2021 River Point
Development Phase I, WS-21-15, +$15,755.00
Seiler Brothers Construction Inc., CO #2 & Final for 2021
Remove/Replace Sidewalk Program, WS-21-3, +$2,669.67
Moved by Reckelberg, seconded by McDaniel, that the change orders be
approved. The motion carried by the following vote:
Aye: 6- Brey, Koski, McDaniel, Reed-Kadow, Alfred and Reckelberg
4. Pay Estimates, Various Engineering/Public Works Projects
City Clerk submitted the following City Engineer's estimates for approval
and payment

given to the public, to the Herald-Times-Reporter, the official newspaper of
Manitowoc, and to those news media who have filed a written request for this notice
that a meeting of the above-referenced will be held at the date, time and location
listed above.
Notice is hereby given that a majority of the Common Council of the City of
Manitowoc, or a standing committee of that body, may be present at this meeting to
gather information about the subject matter over which they have decision making
responsibility.
This meeting is being conducted both in Council Chambers at City Hall and via Zoom
to maximize opportunities for residents to attend. Members of the public may call to
