1. Call to Order
Present: 7- Brey, Vanderkin, Koski, McDaniel, Reed-Kadow, Alfred and Reckelberg
Absent: 1- Nickels
2. Agreement with Garage Door Specialty, Inc. for installation of roll up doors for the
Concession Stand at Silver Creek Park, AGMT-21-16, for a contract price of
$14,800.00
Moved by McDaniel, seconded by Reckelberg, to enter into the agreement. The
motion carried by the following vote:
Aye: 7- Brey, Vanderkin, Koski, McDaniel, Reed-Kadow, Alfred and Reckelberg
3. Change Orders
City Clerk submitted the following change orders for approval.
Vinton Construction Co., CO #6 for 2021 River Point Development
Phase I, WS-21-15, +$31,540.00
Vinton Construction Co., CO #1-Final for 2021 Camp Vits Privy Supply
& Installation, WS-21-23, ($6,975.00)
Green Bay Pipe & TV, CO #1-Final for 2021 Televising II Miscellaneous
Sewers, WU-21-19, +$1,182.13
Moved by Reckelberg, seconded by Alfred, to approve the change orders. The
motion carried by the following vote:

and payment

Vinton Construction Company, Camp Vits Privy Supply & Install,
WS-21-23, Est. #1 & Fnl., $52,600.00

WU-21-19, Est. #1 & Fnl., $14,278.93
Vinton Construction Company, 2021 South 30th Street Reconstruction

Moved by McDaniel, seconded by Reckelberg, that these payments be approved.

Pursuant to Section 19.84(2) and (3) of the Wisconsin Statutes, notice is hereby
given to the public, to the Herald-Times-Reporter, the official newspaper of
Manitowoc, and to those news media who have filed a written request for this notice
that a meeting of the above-referenced will be held at the date, time and location
listed above.
Notice is hereby given that a majority of the Common Council of the City of
Manitowoc, or a standing committee of that body, may be present at this meeting to
gather information about the subject matter over which they have decision making
responsibility.
This meeting is being conducted both in Council Chambers at City Hall and via Zoom
to maximize opportunities for residents to attend. Members of the public may call to

The above governmental body will meet to discuss and possibly take action on the
