1. Call to Order
Present: 7- Nickels, Brey, Koski, McDaniel, Reed-Kadow, Alfred and Reckelberg
Absent: 1- Vanderkin
2. Change Orders
Finance Director/Treasurer submitted the following change orders for
approval:
Vinton Construction Co., CO #4 for 2021 N. 8th St. & Maritime Dr.
Intersection, WS-21-13, +$1,153.60
Vinton Construction Co., CO #1 for 2021 Concrete Paving II - Custer
Street Reconstruction (CDBG), WS-21-2, +$7,922.50
Vinton Construction Co., CO #2 for 2021 Parking Lot Construction
(700 Blk. York Street), WS-21-25, +$1,005.00
Vinton Construction Co., CO #2-Final for 2021 Concrete Paving I,
WS-21-1, +$3,491.09
Moved by McDaniel, seconded by Reckelberg, to approve the change orders. The
motion carried by the following vote:

estimates for approval and payment:

Vinton Construction Company, 2021 Camp Vits Parking Lot & Trail,

Pursuant to Section 19.84(2) and (3) of the Wisconsin Statutes, notice is hereby
given to the public, to the Herald-Times-Reporter, the official newspaper of
Manitowoc, and to those news media who have filed a written request for this notice
that a meeting of the above-referenced will be held at the date, time and location
listed above.
Notice is hereby given that a majority of the Common Council of the City of
Manitowoc, or a standing committee of that body, may be present at this meeting to
gather information about the subject matter over which they have decision making
responsibility.
This meeting is being conducted both in Council Chambers at City Hall and via Zoom
to maximize opportunities for residents to attend. Members of the public may call to

The above governmental body will meet to discuss and possibly take action on the
