1. Call to Order
Present: 7- Nickels, Vanderkin, McDaniel, Reed-Kadow, Alfred, Reckelberg and Dorow
Absent: 1- Brey
2. Bids for Lincoln Park Zoo Mountain Lion Exhibit Design & Build, Project WB-22-16
No bids received
Moved by McDaniel, seconded by Reckelberg, to refer the project back to the
Department of Public Infrastructure for next steps. The motion carried by the
following vote:
Aye: 7- Nickels, Vanderkin, McDaniel, Reed-Kadow, Alfred, Reckelberg and Dorow
3. Bids for 2022 Asphaltic Concrete Paving, Project WS-22-4
City Clerk reported having received one (1) e-bid. Same was opened and
accepted online through Quest, and is as follows:
Vinton Construction Company, Bid Bond, $598,314.16
Moved by McDaniel, seconded by Reed-Kadow, to refer the bid to the Director of
Public Infrastructure for tabulation an recommendation. The motion carried by
the following vote:

4. Bids for 2022 Intersection Reconstruction for Two-Way Traffic, Project WS-22-13
City Clerk reported having received one (1) e-bid. Same was opened and
accepted online through Quest, and is as follows:
Vinton Construction Co., Bid Bond, $240,154.71
Moved by Reckelberg, seconded by Vanderkin, to refer the bid to the Director of
Public Infrastructure for tabulation and recommendation. The motion carried by
the following vote:

City Clerk reported having received one (1) e-bid. Same was opened and
accepted online through Quest, and is as follows:
Vinton Construction Co., Bid Bond, $136,353.44
Moved by McDaniel, seconded by Reckelberg, to refer the bid to the Director of
Public Infrastructure for tabulation and recommendation. The motion carried by
the following vote:

6. Quotes for One 2022 New Single Engine Street Sweeper, QE-22-3
City Clerk reporting having received two (2) quotes. Same were opened
and accepted in the City Clerk's Office, and is as follows:
Envirotech Equipment, $288,320.00
MacQueen Equipment, $281,827.00
Moved by McDaniel, seconded by Reckelberg, to refer the quotes to the Director
of Public Infrastructure for tabulation and recommendation. The motion carried
by the following vote:

Addition & Remodel, WB-21-26, Est #3, $150,244.97
Moved by Reckelberg, seconded by Vanderkin, that these payments be
approved. The motion carried by the following vote:

given to the public, to the Herald-Times-Reporter, the official newspaper of
Manitowoc, and to those news media who have filed a written request for this notice
that a meeting of the above-referenced will be held at the date, time and location
listed above.
Notice is hereby given that a majority of the Common Council of the City of
Manitowoc, or a standing committee of that body, may be present at this meeting to
gather information about the subject matter over which they have decision making
responsibility.
This meeting is being conducted both in Council Chambers at City Hall and via Zoom
to maximize opportunities for residents to attend. Members of the public may call to
