1. Call to Order
Present: 6- Nickels, Vanderkin, Koski, Reed-Kadow, Reckelberg and Lynch
Absent: 1- Brey
2. Bids for 2022 Sanitary & Storm Sewer Construction, Project #WU-22-8
City Clerk reported having received four (4) e-bids. Same were opened
and accepted online through Quest, and are as follows:
Vinton Construction Co., Bid Bond, $287,766.27
Dorner Inc., Bid Bond, $362,274.28
Kip Gulseth Construction Company Inc., Bid Bond, $378,666.38
Kruczek Construction Inc., Bid Bond, $380,333.70
Moved by Reckelberg, seconded by Vanderkin, to refer the bid to the Director of
Public Infrastructure for tabulation and recommendation. The motion carried by
the following vote:
Aye: 6- Nickels, Vanderkin, Koski, Reed-Kadow, Reckelberg and Lynch

City Clerk submitted the following change order for approval:

given to the public, to the Herald-Times-Reporter, the official newspaper of
Manitowoc, and to those news media who have filed a written request for this notice
that a meeting of the above-referenced will be held at the date, time and location
listed above.
Notice is hereby given that a majority of the Common Council of the City of
Manitowoc, or a standing committee of that body, may be present at this meeting to
gather information about the subject matter over which they have decision making
responsibility.
This meeting is being conducted both in Council Chambers at City Hall and via Zoom
to maximize opportunities for residents to attend. Members of the public may call to
