Call to Order Present: 6- Nickels, Vanderkin, Koski, Reed-Kadow, Reckelberg and Lynch Absent: 1- Brey 2. Bids for 2022 Sanitary & Storm Sewer Construction, Project #WU-22-8 City Clerk reported having received four (4) e-bids. Same were opened and accepted online through Quest, and are as follows: Vinton Construction Co., Bid Bond, $287,766.27 Dorner Inc., Bid Bond, $362,274.28 Kip Gulseth Construction Company Inc., Bid Bond, $378,666.38 Kruczek Construction Inc., Bid Bond, $380,333.70 Moved by Reckelberg, seconded by Vanderkin, to refer the bid to the Director of Public Infrastructure for tabulation and recommendation. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 6- Nickels, Vanderkin, Koski, Reed-Kadow, Reckelberg and Lynch 3. Pay Estimates, Various Engineering/Public Works Projects City Clerk submitted the following City Engineer's estimates for approval and payment: Vinton Construction Co., 2021 River Point Development Phase I, WS-21-15, Est. #9, $54,002.20 Vinton Construction Co., 2021 River Point Development Phase I, WS-21-15, Est. #10, $407,980.93 Strand Associates Inc., South 14th Street Lift Station and Force, Est. #4, $2,062.02 Vinton Construction Co., Vits Drive Stormwater Pond Outlet Structure Modification, Est. #1 and Final, $13,445.75 Automated Energy Solutions Inc., Building Automation System Upgrade, WB-21-21, Est. #6, $16,515.00 Strand Associates Inc., Stormwater Quality Management Plan, Est. #3, $13,795.00 Strand Associates Inc., South 19th Street Pumping Station, Est. #7, $466.23 Vinton Construction Co., N 8th St & Maritime Dr Intersection Improvements, WS-21-13, Est. #6 and Final, $43,705.95 Moved by Vanderkin, seconded by Reed-Kadow, that these payments be approved.
