1. Call to Order
Present: 7- Nickels, Brey, Vanderkin, Koski, McDaniel, Reed-Kadow and Reckelberg
Absent: 1- Lynch
2. Bids for Boat Dock Fender System, Project #WO-22-19
City Clerk reported having received two (2) e-bids. Same were opened
and accepted online through Quest, and are as follows:
McMullen & Pitz Construction Co., Bid Bond, $68,050.00
Michels Construction, Inc., Bid Bond, $68,290.00
Moved by Brey, seconded by Vanderkin, to refer the bid to the Director of Public
Infrastructure for tabulation and recommendation. The motion carried by the
following vote:
Aye: 7- Nickels, Brey, Vanderkin, Koski, McDaniel, Reed-Kadow and Reckelberg
3. Adjournment
Moved by Reed-Kadow, seconded by Vanderkin, that this meeting be adjourned
at 4:03 p.m. The motion carried by the following vote:

Pursuant to Section 19.84(2) and (3) of the Wisconsin Statutes, notice is hereby
given to the public, to the Herald-Times-Reporter, the official newspaper of
Manitowoc, and to those news media who have filed a written request for this notice
that a meeting of the above-referenced will be held at the date, time and location
listed above.
Notice is hereby given that a majority of the Common Council of the City of
Manitowoc, or a standing committee of that body, may be present at this meeting to
gather information about the subject matter over which they have decision making
responsibility.
This meeting is being conducted both in Council Chambers at City Hall and via Zoom
to maximize opportunities for residents to attend. Members of the public may call to

The above governmental body will meet to discuss and possibly take action on the
agenda items set forth below.
