1. Call to Order
Present: 5- Vanderkin, Koski, Reed-Kadow, Reckelberg and Lynch
Absent: 2- Nickels and Brey
2. Change Orders
City Clerk submitted the following change order for approval:
Highway Landscapers Inc., CO #3-Final for 2021 Magnolia Ave.
Retaining Wall Replacement, WS-21-27, ($636.85) and (207 Calendar
Days)
Moved by Lynch, seconded by Reed-Kadow, to approve the change order. The
motion carried by the following vote:
Aye: 5- Vanderkin, Koski, Reed-Kadow, Reckelberg and Lynch
3. Pay Estimates, Various Engineering/Public Works Projects
City Clerk submitted the following City Engineer's estimates for approval
and payment:
Highway Landscapers Inc., Magnolia Ave Retaining Wall Replacement,
WB-21-27, Est. #1, $76,292.74
Highway Landscapers Inc., Magnolia Ave Retaining Wall Replacement,
WB-21-27, Est. #2 & Final, $4,015.41
AECOM, 2020-2021 Former Town of Newton Gravel Pit, Project
#60135471, Est. #9, $91,183.86
Moved by Reckelberg, seconded by Reed-Kadow, that these payments be
approved. The motion carried by the following vote:

4. Contractor's Payroll Affidavits

given to the public, to the Herald-Times-Reporter, the official newspaper of
Manitowoc, and to those news media who have filed a written request for this notice
that a meeting of the above-referenced will be held at the date, time and location
listed above.
Notice is hereby given that a majority of the Common Council of the City of
Manitowoc, or a standing committee of that body, may be present at this meeting to
gather information about the subject matter over which they have decision making
responsibility.
This meeting is being conducted both in Council Chambers at City Hall and via Zoom
to maximize opportunities for residents to attend. Members of the public may call to
