Present: 5- Nickels, Brey, Koski, Reed-Kadow and Reckelberg
Absent: 2- Vanderkin and Lynch
2. Bids for Playground Equipment for Parks, Project #WB-22-20
No Bids Received
3. Agreement for 2022 Remove and Replace Sidewalk Program (Complaints)
Director of Public Infrastructure Dan Koski explained the agreement was
over budget and staff is evaluating if the project should go out for bid.
4. Change Orders
None
5. Pay Estimates, Various Engineering/Public Works Projects
City Clerk submitted the following City Engineer's estimates for approval
and payment:
Mike Koenig Construction Co Inc, Rahr-West Art Museum Elevator
Addition & Remodel (CDBG), WB-21-26, Est. #6, $152,816.52
Strand Associates Inc, Stormwater Quality Management Plan, Project
#3516.031, Est. #4, $25,635.00
JT Engineering Inc, Washington St & 21st Signal Rehabilitation, Est. #3,
$16,777.98
Moved by Reed-Kadow, seconded by Reckelberg, that these payments be
approved. The motion carried by the following vote:
Aye: 5- Nickels, Brey, Koski, Reed-Kadow and Reckelberg
6. Contractor's Payroll Affidavits

Pursuant to Section 19.84(2) and (3) of the Wisconsin Statutes, notice is hereby
given to the public, to the Herald-Times-Reporter, the official newspaper of
Manitowoc, and to those news media who have filed a written request for this notice
that a meeting of the above-referenced will be held at the date, time and location
listed above.
Notice is hereby given that a majority of the Common Council of the City of
Manitowoc, or a standing committee of that body, may be present at this meeting to
gather information about the subject matter over which they have decision making
responsibility.
This meeting is being conducted both in Council Chambers at City Hall and via Zoom
to maximize opportunities for residents to attend. Members of the public may call to
