Call to Order Present: 5- Brey, Vanderkin, Koski, Reed-Kadow and Reckelberg Absent: 2- Nickels and Lynch 2. Bids for Remove & Replace Existing Sidewalks - Complaints, Project WS-22-3 City Clerk reported having received two (2) e-bids. Same were opened and accepted online through Quest, and are as follows: Highway Landscapers, Inc., Bid Bond, $29,987.50 Seiler Bros. Construction Inc., Bid Bond, $36,996.55 Moved by Reed-Kadow, seconded by Reckelberg, to refer the bid to the Director of Public Infrastructure for tabulation and recommendation. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 5- Brey, Vanderkin, Koski, Reed-Kadow and Reckelberg 3. Bids for Manitowoc City Hall Re-Roofing Project, Project WB-22-21 City Clerk reported having received one (1) e-bid. Same was opened and accepted online through Quest, and is as follows: Crafts Inc., Bid Bond, $179,361.00 Moved by Reckelberg, seconded by Vanderkin, to refer the bid to the Director of Public Infrastructure for tabulation and recommendation. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 5- Brey, Vanderkin, Koski, Reed-Kadow and Reckelberg 4. Bids for New PVC Re-Roofing System at Manitowoc Public Library, Project WB-22-22 City Clerk reported having received one (1) e-bid. Same was opened and accepted online through Quest, and is as follows: Crafts Inc., Bid Bond, $287,182.00 Moved by Reed-Kadow, seconded by Vanderkin, to refer the bid to the Director of Public Infrastructure for tabulation and recommendation.
