1. Call to Order
Present: 7- Nickels, Brey, Vanderkin, Reckelberg, Lynch, Minikel and Baryenbruch
2. Bids for 2022 Televising Miscellaneous Sewers II, Project #WU-22-25
Deputy City Clerk reported having received two (2) e-bids. Same were
opened and accepted online through Quest, and are as follows:
Northern Pipe, Inc., Bid Bond, $49,915.87
Green Bay Pipe & TV, LLC, Bid Bond, $62,953.90
Moved by Brey, seconded by Vanderkin, to refer the bids to the Director of Public
Infrastructure for tabulation and recommendation. The motion carried by the
following vote:
Aye: 7- Nickels, Brey, Vanderkin, Reckelberg, Lynch, Minikel and Baryenbruch
3. Change Orders
Deputy City Clerk submitted the following change order for approval:
Vinton Construction Company, CO #2 for 2022 South 14th Street Lift
Station, WU-22-2, +$34,110.00
Century Fence Co, CO #1 and Final for 2022 Epoxy Painting Program,
WS-22-9, +$15,880.95
Moved by Reckelberg, seconded by Minikel, that the change orders be approved.
The motion carried by the following vote:
Aye: 7- Nickels, Brey, Vanderkin, Reckelberg, Lynch, Minikel and Baryenbruch
4. Pay Estimates, Various Engineering/Public Works Projects
Deputy City Clerk submitted the following City Engineer's estimates for
approval and payment:
Vinton Construction Co., S 14th Street Lift Station and Force Main,
WU-22-2, Est. #1, $188,596.93

Vinton Construction Co., Sanitary Construction, WU-22-8, Est. #1,
$186,513.96
Kruczek Construction, Watermain Extension South of Viebahn Street,
WU-22-10, Est. #4, $303,245.78
Century Fence Co., 2022 Epoxy Pavement Marking Program, WS-22-9,
Est. #3 and Final, $73,745.83
Moved by Brey, seconded by Lynch, that these payments be approved. The
motion carried by the following vote:

6. Adjournment
Moved by Vanderkin, seconded by Baryenbruch, that this meeting be adjourned

given to the public, to the Herald-Times-Reporter, the official newspaper of
Manitowoc, and to those news media who have filed a written request for this notice
that a meeting of the above-referenced will be held at the date, time and location
listed above.
Notice is hereby given that a majority of the Common Council of the City of
Manitowoc, or a standing committee of that body, may be present at this meeting to
gather information about the subject matter over which they have decision making
responsibility.
This meeting is being conducted both in Council Chambers at City Hall and via Zoom
to maximize opportunities for residents to attend. Members of the public may call to
