1. Call to Order
Present: 7- Nickels, Brey, Vanderkin, Koski, Reed-Kadow, Reckelberg and Lynch
2. Bids for 2022 Tree & Stump Removal, Project #WO-22-26
City Clerk reported having received five (5) e-bids. Same were opened
and accepted online through Quest, and are as follows:
Treeo's Tree Service Inc., Bid Bond, $45,785.27
On Site Logging, Bid Bond, $80,423.00
Kuzisaco Construction, Bid Bond, $81,666.00
Alfson Excavating LLC, Bid Bond, $122,237.00
Highway Landscapers, Inc., Bid Bond, $172,353.00
Moved by Brey, seconded by Vanderkin, to refer the bids to the Director of Public
Infrastructure for tabulation and recommendation. The motion carried by the
following vote:
Aye: 7- Nickels, Brey, Vanderkin, Koski, Reed-Kadow, Reckelberg and Lynch
3. Agreement with Maritime Plumbing for Water Installation to Zoo Exhibit for a
contract price of $8,185.00, AGMT-22-13
Moved by Vanderkin, seconded by Reckelberg, to enter into the agreement. The
motion carried by the following vote:
Aye: 7- Nickels, Brey, Vanderkin, Koski, Reed-Kadow, Reckelberg and Lynch
4. Change Orders

5. Pay Estimates, Various Engineering/Public Works Projects
City Clerk submitted the following City Engineer's estimates for approval

Pursuant to Section 19.84(2) and (3) of the Wisconsin Statutes, notice is hereby
given to the public, to the Herald-Times-Reporter, the official newspaper of
Manitowoc, and to those news media who have filed a written request for this notice
that a meeting of the above-referenced will be held at the date, time and location
listed above.
Notice is hereby given that a majority of the Common Council of the City of
Manitowoc, or a standing committee of that body, may be present at this meeting to
gather information about the subject matter over which they have decision making
responsibility.
This meeting is being conducted both in Council Chambers at City Hall and via Zoom
to maximize opportunities for residents to attend. Members of the public may call to

The above governmental body will meet to discuss and possibly take action on the
