1. Call to Order
Present: 6- Nickels, Brey, Reckelberg, Baryenbruch, Lynch and Minikel
Absent: 1- Vanderkin
2. Agreement with Gintner Concrete & Masonry, LLC for Rheaume Park Concrete
Project for a contract price of $18,915.00, AGMT-22-14
Moved by Reckelberg, seconded by Lynch, to enter into the agreement. The
motion carried by the following vote:
Aye: 6- Nickels, Brey, Reckelberg, Baryenbruch, Lynch and Minikel
3. Change Orders
Deputy City Clerk submitted the following change orders for approval:
Vinton Construction Company, CO #1 for 2022 Asphalt Paving II,
WS-22-14, +$5,555.00
Kruczek Construction, CO #5 for 2022 Watermain Construction South
of Viebahn Street, WU-22-10, +$2,550.00
Moved by Brey, seconded by Lynch, that the change orders be approved. The
motion carried by the following vote:

4. Pay Estimates, Various Engineering/Public Works Projects
Deputy City Clerk submitted the following City Engineer's estimates for
approval and payment:
Kruczek Construction, Watermain Extension South of Viebahn Street,
WU-22-10, Est. #7, $389,215.00
Strand Associates Inc., South 14th Street Lift Station and Force - Task
Order 22-01, Project #3516.030, Est. #9, $4,089.46
Strand Associates Inc., Stormwater Hydrology & Hydraulics, Project
#3516.032, Est. #4, $23,200.00

Pursuant to Section 19.84(2) and (3) of the Wisconsin Statutes, notice is hereby
given to the public, to the Herald-Times-Reporter, the official newspaper of
Manitowoc, and to those news media who have filed a written request for this notice
that a meeting of the above-referenced will be held at the date, time and location
listed above.
Notice is hereby given that a majority of the Common Council of the City of
Manitowoc, or a standing committee of that body, may be present at this meeting to
gather information about the subject matter over which they have decision making
responsibility.
This meeting is being conducted both in Council Chambers at City Hall and via Zoom
to maximize opportunities for residents to attend. Members of the public may call to
