1. Call to Order
Present: 6- Brey, Koski, Reed, Reckelberg, Nycz and Luebke
Absent: 2- Nickels and Vanderkin
2. Bids for 2023 Former Junk Yard Clean-up at River Point, Project #WO-23-13
City Clerk reported having received three (3) e-bids. Same were opened
and accepted online through Quest, and are as follows:
Vinton Construction Company, Bid Bond, $163,624.27
Mammoth Construction, Bid Bond, $196,089.25
Minocqua Grading LLC, Bid Bond, $404,205.61
Moved by Reed, seconded by Nycz, to refer the bid to the Director of Public
Infrastructure for tabulation and recommendation. The motion carried by the
following vote:
Aye: 6- Brey, Koski, Reed, Reckelberg, Nycz and Luebke
3. Change Orders
City Clerk submitted the following change order for approval:
Ayres Associates Inc., CO #1 for Lincoln Park Zoo - Mountain Lion
Exhibit, +$1,043.45
Moved by Reckelberg, seconded by Nycz, that the change order be approved.
The motion carried by the following vote:
Aye: 6- Brey, Koski, Reed, Reckelberg, Nycz and Luebke
4. Pay Estimates, Various Engineering/Public Works Projects
City Clerk submitted the following City Engineer's estimates for approval
and payment:

Pursuant to Section 19.84(2) and (3) of the Wisconsin Statutes, notice is hereby
given to the public, to the Herald-Times-Reporter, the official newspaper of
Manitowoc, and to those news media who have filed a written request for this notice
that a meeting of the above-referenced will be held at the date, time and location
listed above.
Notice is hereby given that a majority of the Common Council of the City of
Manitowoc, or a standing committee of that body, may be present at this meeting to
gather information about the subject matter over which they have decision making
responsibility.
This meeting is being conducted both in Council Chambers at City Hall and via Zoom
to maximize opportunities for residents to attend. Members of the public may call to
